Assistant Conference and Banqueting Manager

Our client is a stunning 5 star hotel based near Slough. They cater for lots of functions and weddings as well as having a three rosette restaurant, a brasserie style Italian restaurant, spa and 18 hole golf course.

They are looking for an experienced Assistant Conference and Banqueting Manager to join their front of house team.

The ideal Assistant Conference and Banqueting Manager will have the following:

  • Experience as Assistant Conference and Banqueting Manager within a similar environment of either a 4 or 5 star hotel
  • Highly motivated
  • Passionate about meeting the highest levels of guest care and service
  • Ensure your team are motivated at all times
  • Assist the Conference and Banqueting Manager with the smooth running of the C&B operation
  • Supervise conferences and banquets in set up and throughout execution of all events
