Job DescriptionSupply Chain Coordinator: An experienced Production & Supply Chain Executive with 1-2 years' experience is required to join a growing operations team, to improve and own multiple processes within the supply chain and production process for an innovative drinks manufacturer experiencing outstanding, sustained growth.

Seedlip is a nature company who make and supply a range of the world's first distilled non-alcoholic spirits - 'what to drink when you're not drinking®'. The brand is sold in many of the UK's best cocktail bars, restaurants, hotels & retailers including The Fat Duck, The Ritz, Selfridges & Ocado.

The ideal Supply Chain Coordinator will play an important role in ensuring that all of the right elements are sourced and utilised, with care and close attention to deliver the final products. Applications are welcomed from candidates with previous experience in either a production or supply chain role in the manufacturing industry, preferably with knowledge of the food & drinks sector.

This role will initially be based in London, a 10-minute walk from Marylebone Station, until June when the company will relocate to new offices in Beaconsfield.

Responsibilities:
- Own the production components ordering process
- Improve existing supply chain methodology
- Improve the process for consumer and trade assembly
- Support the Head of Operations in demand planning
- Support in efficient planning and the timely execution of new product development
- Improve the operational systems and processes - specifically management reporting and information

Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in either a production or supply chain role in the manufacturing industry, preferably with knowledge of the food & drinks sector
- Personable. Proactive. Organised
- Analytical, with attention to detail, data oriented - solution focused
- Comfortable with a fast paced and ever-changing environment years working experience in a manufacturing industry
- Highly proficient in MS Excel
- Full driving licence
- Occasionally required to work some evenings and weekends
- Excellent at multi-tasking, problem solving, planning and co-operating
