Job Description

Customer Service Assistant required with an immediate start available based in Harpenden paying between £16,000 and £17,500 per year.

Duties to include but not be limited to:

Meeting and greeting customers

Identifying new business opportunities with new and existing customers

Working to agreed targets

Conducting outbound calls to maintain customer service and generate new business opportunities

The successful candidate will:

Be a people person and passionate about providing outstanding customer service

Demonstrate strong communication skills both written and verbal

Boast spectacular organisational skills

Be naturally inquisitive in order to fully understand customers needs to match products and services to fulfil their requirements

This role is working 35 hours per week and will include Saturday's.

Any offer of employment is dependent on receipt of 3 years references and satisfactory financial and criminal records.
