Our client is looking for a Service Management Co-Ordinator

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Work closely with the commercial team to accurately process and record service requirements to ensure all work can be delivered within agreed objectives
  • Take full ownership of issues ensuring timely, effective resolution
  • Proactively resolve issues for the company and the customer
  • Proactively resolve issues for the company and the customer to ensure outstanding work is within agreed targets
  • Sharing skills and knowledge to provide support to your colleagues on complex queries
  • Ensuring that customers receive a high quality service by working closely with other teams
  • Meet individual and team objectives
  • Produce and update procedural documentation
  • Document and assist in the resolution of customer complaints, escalating where necessary
  • Ensuring system and process requirements for all the client's services are set up within customer SLAs and internally agreed targets
  • Involvement in the planning and deployment of new services and system enhancements, ensuring that supporting documentation is created in line with the contractual agreement
  • Prioritising and managing your workload to team and industry timescales
  • Create a development plan and identify own development needs

  • A high level of computer and system literacy
  • Previous Customer Service experience
