Job Description

We are looking for a customer facing customer service consultant to join our client based in Harpenden paying between £17,500 and £19,000 per annum.

Duties to include but not be limited to:

Providing excellent customer service

Proactively following up with all customer enquiries

Accurately recommending products and services to match customers requirements through detailed fact finds with customers

Maximising business opportunities whilst advising, maintaining and effectively delivering relevant services

Support the management of customer portfolio and brand building through excellent customer service, marketing and networking

Conduct outbound calls to maintain customer service and to generate new business opportunities

Assisting management team as required

Ensuring all systems are updated with accurate and insightful information

Adhering to cash control, audit and security standards

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal

Expert sales and customer service skills

Ability to build rapport

Spectacular organisational skills to prioritise work load and meet deadlines

Natural problem solving ability with an aptitude for translating customer needs into recommendable solutions

Working hours for this role are 35 hours per week and will include Saturday's
