Marketing Manager (Remote/Flexible or Part Time Work/Head Office near Chester)

Up to £30,000

This is a rare opportunity for a Marketing Manager to work for an exciting and innovative sports/leisure company; predominantly from the comfort of your own home! Reporting into the Managing Director, you will be given full autonomy to develop and implement the Marketing Strategy. The company are looking for a driven and successful full mix marketer to join their team.


  • Create action plans to grow the business through relationships with suppliers and community outreach initiatives
  • Understand local market and successfully integrate the brand to drive revenue
  • Deliver on the brand’s monthly department sales goals
  • Work with the digital agency on key strategic goal of driving sales
  • Generate social media content
  • Ensure brand consistency through tone of voice and images
  • Work with team and external agencies to develop image and video banks
  • Work with team and external agencies to develop the Website and look to improve SEO through the process
  • Work with external agencies to develop PPC campaigns
  • Provide metrics and reports on advertising spend
  • Manage all Facebook and social media post boosts and campaigns
  • Work with corporate and external agencies to produce all marketing collateral
  • Ensure replies to social media questions and comments are on brand and in timely manner
  • Resolve guest service issues that come across social platforms with discretion and professionalism
  • Ensure the team members are knowledgeable about all products, programs and promotions being offered and liaise regularly with the park General Manager


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience
  • Previous sales and marketing experience in digital and traditional avenues required
  • Proven ability to create and maintain relationships in the community with local schools, business and other organizations
  • Understands and respond to insights from marketing performance reports
  • Has managed agencies to high level
  • Can manage to a budget and plan advertising spend
  • Has previous experience of website SEO
  • Has previous experience of designing and managing PPC campaigns
  • Has previous experience of managing social media channels
  • Previous experience of working with Word press
