At 3aaa we currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced technical trainer to join ourselves as a Business Analyst Coach and Mentor, covering the North/North West area.
As a coach/mentor - you will be involved in the development and delivery of a full range of training materials as well as designing and producing training guides. You will deliver all forms of training (one-to-one, small groups) and carry out training needs analysis, as well as identifying new training areas.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Trainer to educate people in Business Analysis. You must be extremely knowledgeable in your field of expertise and possess solid technical aptitude. Additionally, we expect you to be an excellent communicator, able to explain complex subjects in a clear and interesting way. You must have industry experience in the field of IS Business Analysis and be able to communicate industry concepts to your learners.
It would be an advantage if you have experience of Business Analysis techniques such as requirements gathering, UML and producing BRD's.

  • To mentor/train the candidates in the areas of Development & Implementation
  • To make recommendations to the team for the improvement and update of all the programmes
  • To ensure behavioural skills are maintained and supported at all times
  • To communicate problems/barriers to the Training Manager
  • To ensure all administration tasks are completed in a timely fashion
  • Ability to work as part of a team that is split between North and North West
  • Ability to work on own, with the support of the team and the Training Manager
  • Desire to learn and branch into other area of the Training Programme



  • Proven industry experience in business analysis
  • Experience of delivering Business Analyst qulaifications
  • PTLLS as a minimum along with an Assessor Award
  • Demonstrable programming ability with in-depth understanding of underpinning techniques software construction
  • Outstanding communication skills and comfortable working with young people
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Be available to make trips to the London office as necessary
  • Be available to make trips to client sites as necessary
