Latham & Watkins, a global law firm consistently ranked among the top firms in the world, is seeking a Video / Audio Visual Technician to join our dynamic team in Manchester. As part of the Manchester Global Technology Team, you will be responsible for support of the firm's video conference equipment, bridging requirements and post-production.

In this role, you will perform all functions related to maintaining, upgrading and testing Cisco video conference equipment; including software testing, system testing, implementing and testing advanced video conference systems.

The Video / Audio Visual Technician will update reservations, actively monitor the use of the video conferencing infrastructure and edit recordings with Adobe Premier Pro. You will also proactively respond to any problems or issues that arise with the system and remain involved through resolution.

•Are proficient in PC applications, including MS Office
•Can assist in post-production procedures such as video editing and uploading to our video library
•Are a self-starter and excel at providing quality customer service
•Will enjoy supporting firm-wide video conference events involving executive and client meetings

•Knowledge of audio/visual technology
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
•Well developed and professional interpersonal skills
