Mciver Scott recruitment now have an exciting opportunity for a talented Claims Handler. Dealing with all aspects of credit hire dispute resolution, the successful candidate will have a minimum of two years credit hire experience and have excellent client care skills. As part of this position you will be dealing directly with clients, so confidentiality will be required at all times. Strong IT skills and understanding of current legislation is paramount for this role.

The Candidate

You will be highly organised with the ability to work well in a team and independently

Understanding for current legislation and keeping up to date with this is vital for this role

A confident negotiator and communicator would be suited to this position

This role would be suited to an individual with experience of working within a pressurised and deadline driven environment with the ability to prioritise work effectively
