Payroll and Pensions Manager
This post will be responsible for the management and control of the University’s payroll and all other payroll related duties in order to ensure that employees are paid promptly and accurately and the appropriate PAYE, National Insurance and Pensions legislative and administrative procedures are followed. The post will also be responsible for the management of the Payroll Section staff and be expected to contribute to the development and implementation of payroll and pensions processes.
You will hold a CIPP or equivalent qualification and be able to demonstrate experience of managing an equivalently sized computerised payroll.
With excellent technical and communication skills., you will also be able to work effectively with a wide range of academic and professional colleagues. You will have previous experience in staff management, including building and developing a team.
