We are currently working with a Secondary SEN school in Lambeth. They are recruiting an experienced SEN TA to work full time until the end of the academic year.

There are around 100 students on roll with a number of needs including SEMH, ASD, communication and learning difficulties.

They have a very therapeutic approach and offer alternative projects, such as music and sound engineering as a way for students to speak positively about their frustrations and feelings.

The selected candidate will be working on a 1:1 basis supporting a child who has severe Autism and presents challenging behaviour. You will work alongside teachers and outside agencies to engage the student and raise attainment levels, while working on social skills. Previous experience with SEN and ASD in particular would be advantageous.
