Key Responsibilities - include:

The Global Communications Manager will develop and manage the delivery of corporate communications, with a primary focus on internal communications (>90%), although some external communications may be involved.

- Design, develop, execute and measure global internal communication strategy
- Manage and develop internal communications channels
- Ensure appropriate input and sign-off from stakeholders
- Undertake research and source feedback from All IT staff as required
- Provide communications consultancy to teams and individuals
- Manage and develop one team member, a Communications Assistant

Skill Requirements

- Excellent communications planning and execution skills
- Good communications consultancy skills
- Practical experience of flexing communication styles and techniques according to the audience.
- Strong copy-writer
- Flair for design, and confidence in using Adobe suite



- 3+ years' experience in internal communications, gained in complex, global organisations

- Proactive and full of ideas
- Confident to work autonomously
- Flexible
- Hands-on, capable of personally creating a high-quality of communication, writing and design
- Delivery-focussed
- Interested in working with different global audiences
- Able to cope with a rapidly-changing, uncertain environment
