Reporting to the Finance Director, you will provide leadership of an efficient finance function, ensuring accuracy and compliance of financial and accounting activities.

- Ensure that Management accounts are prepared and reported with accuracy and in a timely manner to support internal management.
Lead the financial budgeting, providing the organisation with appropriate guidance to support an efficient and comprehensive annual budget exercise
Provide weekly cash flow and working capital forecasts with a 3-month rolling horizon
Lead financial and related systems development, ensuring that systems are robust and can deliver accurate and timely information while providing safeguards to control and protect the assets of the company
Develop, review and update costing models to value stock, operations and provide valuable cost information to clients.
Manage, guide and mentor finance colleagues, supporting them in the development of their skills, experience and careers such that the finance and accounting skills and standards in the company are GAAP and group compliant
In order to apply for this role, please ensure you meet the criteria below:
- ACA / ACCA qualified
- Experience in R & D, Revenue Recognition and IFRS
- Proven experience of successfully leading, developing and managing a team
- Strong communication and systems skill
- Experience operating in a fast paced, ideally pharmaceuticals environment
