My client are looking for a highly-motivated Graduate Software Developer to work for their core development team based in Bristol. They are a medium sized software development house within a multinational, fast moving financial services organisation.

Working on a range of new and exciting projects with both high profile blue chip companies and internal clients as a Graduate Software Developer, you will be joining an agile development team responsible for the development of an industry leading pensions administration system developed using Microsoft and other complementary technologies.

As it continuously evolves the Group Information Technology is embarking on an exciting and truly global IT Transformation programme to support our business ambitions. We are improving the way we work and serve clients by investing in the efficiency and effectiveness of our people, systems and processes. Key responsibilities:

  • Working within a friendly team understanding requirements and developing software solutions.
  • Collaborating with the department to develop and improve existing processes.
  • Keeping up to date with Industry best practice

Skills and experience:

  • Knowledge and experience in design and developing software solutions (C# and SQL)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
  • Proactive and driven and the ability to work within a team environment.
