This is a great opportunity to join major, multiple-award winning law firm who have recently undergone a large restructure and a subsequent expansion of their Client Relationships, Business Development and Marketing departments, in a role that will see you involved in one of their biggest communication projects this year! Our client are looking for a talented individual to join their team and work closely with their Marketing and Business Development departments and provide quality CRM support.
The chosen candidate will assist in managing and improving upon the client's CRM system, InterAction, ensuring the integrity of the system is maintained, in addition to their integrated marketing platform, Vuture. You will also collaborate with different departments; extracting and reporting on relevant data, assisting with co-ordinating mailings, and supporting a large survey process they plan to implement next year.
To be considered for the role, you will need the following skills and/or experience:
Extensive experience with CRM/database management systems (preferably InterAction)
Knowledge of email tools systems (preferably Vuture / Concep)
Knowledge of data integrity systems (MPS, Data HQ etc.)
Experience creating presentations using PowerPoint
Able to work independently, or as part of a team.
Previous experience within the legal or any other professional services sector would be very beneficial
