Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy that provides permanent, interim, and temporary staffing solutions within customer contact.

We are delighted to be working with a returning client who are on the market for a Social Media/Webchat Team Manager for a brand-new team in a growing contact centre.

This role is for someone with a strong background and understanding of Social Media and Webchat who can help grow and develop this department and promote first class customer services and ensure customer experience is at an all-time high.

Overview of responsibilities:

  • Day to day management, ensuring the team are working efficiently and effectively
  • Monitoring and quality checking to ensure customers are receiving the best possible service
  • Ensuring SLA's are being achieved and exceeded where possible
  • Regular 1-2-1's to identify areas of improvement, development and success.


  • 2+ years as a Team Manager/ Team Leader in a contact centre (ESSENTIAL)
  • Managing a Web chat and social media team (ESSENTIAL)

Working Hours on a rotational basis:

Monday - Friday - 0900 -2100

Saturday - 0900 - 1700

Sunday - 0900 - 1600
