Administrator for marketing department in Sheffield immediate start required - temporary job 3 months £18,000

Working for a prestigious company in Sheffield you will be part of a busy department providing admin support to the Marketing Department.
This is a temporary role and requires an immediate start in March 2018 , the role is temporary for 3 - 6 months.
Successful applicants must be able to start work quickly and not be on notice.
Your new role
Working in a busy marketing team you will provide full admin support to the team through a busy period.
Ideally you will have some marketing admin based experience or relevant qualification. You will have excellent admin and communication skills. Duties of the role will include ;
-Admin support to the department , handling calls and enquires
-Taking notes in marketing meetings
-Assisting with the preparation of marketing materials for internal and external business use
-Proof reading and writing basis marketing content
-Management of social media platforms
-Assisting with the preparation for marketing events
-Use and experience of Microsoft Office required
What you'll need to succeed
You will need some previous marketing admin based experience
You will be immediately available to start temporary work in Sheffield.
Excellent communications skills, be highly organised and professional.
Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office.
What you'll get in return
City centre based location
Working hours 9am -5pm
Excellent rate of pay £18,000
