Product/Assets Team Leader, London, £27,000, Market Research Company, Immediate Start!

Our client, a leading Market Research company based in London, are looking to recruit a Product/Assets Team Leader to join their company immediately. Our client offer an unparalleled market research solution on a nationwide scale, and are one of the largest companies in their field. As they are continuing to grow, they are actively seeking an enthusiastic candidate to join their fast-paced Assets team. In a nutshell, you responsibilities will include:

  • Daily management responsibility for the day to day running of the asset management team
  • Overseeing the dispatch/maintenance/stock function
  • Ensuring that resource is managed effectively to maintain KPI performance
  • Building strong relationships across the Operations department/building rapport with stakeholders
  • Developing a highly engaged working culture
  • Full accountability for stock management, tracking, ordering and quality standards
  • Creating new processes in order to monitor performance
  • Overseeing the induction process for new starters
  • Correctly identifying team and stock priorities to ensure available resource

    You will be overseeing a team of three Assets Assistants who, in turn, are targeted on the following:
  • Arranging for the dispatch and return of hardware
  • Transporting hardware (small components) from the warehouse/storage area to the company mail room
  • Monitoring stock levels and ordering new components where necessary
  • Logging all relevant information on CRM system

    In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:
  • Meticulous, analytical approach to work
  • Experienced in/confident in Microsoft Excel
  • Experienced in working with spreadsheets
  • High attention to detail
  • Experience in keeping accurate data reports
  • Confidence in raising and escalating issues
  • Sense of accountability and pride in work ethic
  • Fun, sociable personality

    In addition to a fantastic £27,000 salary, our client also offer incredible working hours; Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm. Our client are looking to move exceptionally quickly on this, so any interested candidates are urged to apply at their earliest convenience!
