The temporary division of Robert Half are currently looking for immediately available candidates to join on of their clients busy finance teams as a Finance Assistant in Buckinghamshire just outside of Milton Keynes on an on-going temporary basis. There is the potential for the role to go permanent for the right candidate!!
The role will predominantly involve, but not be limited to:
- Purchase ledger - invoice processing, dealing with supplier queries, reconciling the bank account.
- Month end duties including accruals and prepayments.
- Ordering of supplies such as textbooks and stationary.
- Ad hoc duties.
- Regular use of excel.
The successful candidate will be a strong communicator and have proven past experience within a similar Finance Assistant/ Accounts Assistant role.
Salary & Benefits
Robert Half are paying between £10 - £12.50+ holiday for this role dependant upon experience.
