Based out of their impressive Manchester city centre offices, my client is seeking to add a talented Assistant Billing Manager to their operation. You will ideally have experience with eBilling systems.

The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day management operations for the team, as well as contributing to the strategic planning of its future. This will extend to the recruitment of new team members and the planning and management of their training. As Assistant Billing Manager, your input into both short term and long term expansion of the team will be invaluable. This will require liaising with colleagues from other offices to plan and transition work to a new, central location. As Billing Manager, your responsibilities will also extend to preparing and providing Senior Finance Managers with KPI and SLA statistics.
