Our Client Accounts Reporting Assistants support the production of the timely and accurate financial and management reports. With growth within the team we are looking for two people who are looking to take the next steps in their career with Touchstone.

What your role will be

As one of our Clients Accounts Reporting Assistants you will prepare and produce internal and client reports to deadlines. You will need to respond to financial queries raised by the client or the Portfolio Manager and produce financial bank reconciliations by the given deadline.

Your background

You will join a busy team and will therefore need to have the ability to work independently to solve problems and streamline the report production process wherever possible. Knowledge of Qube and strong Excel skills are essential. You must possess excellent communication skills as you will work closely with the Accounts Administrators, who are responsible for the processing of the financial transactions. Ideally you will be AAT qualified or show willing to work towards the AAT qualification with this team will also provide you will ongoing support to attain this.
