Sewell Wallis are currently recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to join a small but successful business based on the outskirts of Bradford on a permanent basis.

The company is well known locally and looking to branch out into different areas of Yorkshire due to growth of its solid client database. This is a family run business, which offers great benefits and incentives to make you feel part of it!

This is a standalone position that would suit somebody who has a strong background in Credit Control and wishes to remain and develop their career within that sector as the company grows.

The successful candidate will work on their own overseeing all aspects of credit control and their main duties will include: -

*Reviewing and monitoring aged debt
*Monitoring sales accounts for problems, such as slow payment
*Contacting customers via telephone to chase outstanding monies
*Compiling and sending chase letters/e-mails to customers
*Arranging payment plans
*Taking payments over the telephone and setting up new direct debits
*Allocating monies
*Banking cheques
*Highlighting any potential debt risks to the Director

To be the successful candidate you must: -

*Have previous experience of working within Credit Control and be confident with the full credit control process.
*Be able to work in a standalone position
*Have strong written and verbal communication skills and able to come communicate at all levels
*Be able to prioritise your own workload to meet deadlines and able to work well under pressure
*Have strong IT skills
