Flexible Hours to suit applicant:

Term Time – Up to £33,000 Basic per annum

Full Time – Up to £45,000 Basic per annum

Part Time – Up to £22,500 Basic per annum

Insignia Recruit have partnered up with a market leading organisation, who are looking to recruit an autonomous and creative Digital Marketing Manager.

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be working with the senior management team and together look to drive and shape the company’s marketing activities. The focus will be to develop and re-launch their web presence and then to develop, maintain and enhance that presence.

The main duties of the role:

  • Drive the company’s marketing presence via their website and any other media identified
  • Regularly review, update and continue to shape their website
  • Over time learn the technical aspect of our client’s products and introduce new and improved marketing material to assist with raising their profile and keeping them at the forefront of their customers’ minds
  • Introduce alternative purposeful marketing activities such as blogs or e-newsletters
  • Be responsible for raising their brand awareness and keeping their marketing communication ahead of their competitors’
  • Coordinate with various internal and external customers to create great content for their website or any other marketing related material
  • Coordinate with external professional services to help create the content from photographers and videographers to specialist software developers for coding etc
  • Collate, capture and prepare project case studies
  • Liaise with customers to ensure compliance for usage of project names and brands in our client’s marketing activities
  • Exploit potential client web based interaction and contact to include interaction for new enquiries and support for existing clients and projects
  • Budget management; coordinate, monitor and evaluate ROI for each marketing method
  • Report to senior management ROI for each marketing activity and make suggestions for improvement and growth
  • Assist with the lead generation for their sales teams

Personal Qualities & Skills:

  • Methodical thinker who can coordinate the ideas into a marketing plan
  • Creative with ways of updating the current marketing strategy and routes to market with view of increasing brand presence
  • Organised approach to ensure deadlines and time frames are adhered and met
  • Effective communicator across all levels inside and outside the business
  • Incorporate ideas into the marketing strategy and make suggestions on ways to increase brand awareness
  • ‘Hands on’ approach to website development; lead the external software developers or update the content inhouse
  • 5-10-year experience in shaping an organisation’s marketing strategy and brand presence
  • Previous experience in reviewing, updating and improving an organisation’s website and online presence

Our client is flexible and open to receiving applications from marketing professionals who may not be able to work full time and instead would like something term time or part time.
