KFC Payroll Administrator £25-26k
We are a fast growing KFC and Costa Coffee franchise company based in London and are currently recruiting for a Payroll Administator. The successful applicant will join our KFC team.
The key responsibilities will be:
- Work on Excel and payroll software
- Maintain payroll processing system by gathering and inputting data
- Make necessary deductions/adjustments
- Deal with queries from Store Managers/Area Managers
- Resolve discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records
The candidate will need to be:
- Able to work in a pressured environment
- Capable of dealing with a high volume of timesheets and payroll processing in a short amount of time
- A team player who can support the payroll manager and go above and beyond their standard job role
- Able to communicate with the rest of the finance function and store teams
- Polite and well mannered
