Job Title: Senior Customer Experience Manager
Rate of pay: £50,000 - £56,000
Our client is currently recruiting for the above role as they are experiencing a period of expansion throughout the Marketing division. This job is currently an immediate start after finding the right candidate. We are looking to recruit someone with the following experience.
Experience and Skills
- Very familiar with data driven decision making and CRM technology and tools
- Experience of successful solution design and development using agile and waterfall development
- Previous experience as a digital agile product owner and therefore able t lead a team of product owners
- Extensive industry knowledge, well versed and current in digital and omni channel best practice
- Evidence and experience implementing customer experience programs across Digital/Mobile/CRM technologies
- Demonstrable Senior Management experience
- Knowledge of Cx/Ux research and design tools such as Axure, Hotjar, Crazy Egg
- Project collaboration tools such as SharePoint and PPM
