Reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Executive, the Paid Advertising Digital Marketing Executive will develop, implement, track and optimise our paid advertising campaigns across all digital channels. (PPC, Display & Social Media advertising).
This is a hands-on, collaborative role working with our Marketing business teams to provide difference-making digital marketing support, increase brand awareness, drive inbound leads and achieve marketing goals. This role will be pivotal in providing insight to drive strategy, executing agreed campaigns and building skills and technology to support these objectives.
You will be using analytics tools to analyse customer and prospect behaviour online, formulate and guide Advanced’s digital strategy across core web advertising channels (PPC/Retargeting & Paid Social). You will also use existing and new tools and technology to drive increasing levels of relevance and personalisation to improve performance of campaign activity.
Collaborate with the Digital team to deliver the digital strategy.
Contribute to the delivery of digital projects and campaigns.
Plan and execute all web, PPC, marketing database and social media advertising campaigns.
Aid the design, build and expand our social media presence.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on these insights. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience.
Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Implement conversion points and optimise user funnels.
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners as necessary.
Evaluate emerging technologies and provide leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Experience with Google Analytics & AdWords is preferential.
Experience using paid social platforms (e.g. Twitter, Facebook & LinkedIn advertising).
Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and verbal & written communication skills.
Demonstrable experience leading and managing PPC, marketing database, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
Experience in undertaking competitor and keyword research using industry leading tools (e.g. SEMRush, Google Keyword Planner. Etc).
Experience in creating, tracking & optimising landing pages.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate conversions.
Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, etc).
Confident and enthusiastic, showing a strong ability to learn and expand the role.
Ability to prioritise & manage multiple tasks.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
