This is an exciting opportunity to join the Marketing team for the Morleys Department Store Group. We are looking for a passionate individual with a love of all things retail and Marketing. You will work along side the Group Marketing Manager and the small professional team. If you are a quick learner, self motivated and flexible in what you do and enjoy working in a fast paced environment then this is the role for you.
This role is based in our Central Offices in Wimbledon
Duties will include
- Creating tickets for all 8 stores across the Group using the in house ticket system.
- Creating and designing signage to promote in-store promotions.
- Creating and improving existing on line content
- Remaining commercially aware by researching our competitors with regards to product and promotional activity.
- Updating all forms of Social Media
- Assisting in briefing external agencies and quality checking.
- Updating the daily communication bulletin – creating promotional bulletins and deadline schedules.
- You will also support the Marketing team in organising fashion and special promotional events; this will include sourcing new ideas.
- Store visits will be required.
- Attention to detail and accuracy will be key to your success in this role.
- Experience in a similar in retail would be preferable.
- Excellent IT skills
- A high standard of written and verbal communication
