We are committed to providing a very high standard of surgical excellence and care in all the procedures we provide. Together, we number over 600 staff, 3 hospitals and a network of over 25 Clinics nationwide.

We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Content & Social Executive with an excellent understanding of content for predominately online but occasionally offline content creation to join our Marketing department at our Head Office in Sharston, South Manchester.

The role will help to develop content for our social channels and websites with an aim to increase traffic to drive sales maximising revenue through media channels, including review sites eg: TrustPilot, and social channels being Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.

Responsibilities and Duties

Your key responsibilities will include:

    Coordinating and producing content for the website from one off pieces, campaigns, blogs and product related content, including social content integrationSocial media updates & customer interaction with the ability to follow up where necessary, by responding to users in a ‘social’ and customer centric way, whilst helping to cultivate new leads Collaborating with the marketing team on content ideas for the wider digital strategy and considerationsAnalysing Google Analytics data and help make recommendationsEnsure that standard practice communications are published and adhere to all websites/social channels current legislation/terms and conditions
·Oversee design content for social channels (Eg: Timeline covers, profile pictures, video content etc). (Being able to brief in creative or help build creative assets needed)

·Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs, and analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results, including increasing the number of social followers and social reach

·Read, respond and increase positive reviews on TrustPilot/Google reviews/Social channels

·Willingness to adapt and acquire additional skills as may be required to fulfil the needs of the role

Essential Skills:

    Demonstrable experience in a similar digital content role, a minimum of 2 years with a proven track record in an online commercial environment Previous experience using CMS platformsGood understanding of SEO
·In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and how they can be deployed in different scenarios

·Video ideas, direction oversee or actual creation

·Photoshoot/studio experience for image creation

·Community/Review channel knowledge and experience

·Strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels with high attention to detail and language

    Be Proactive by taking responsibility to make things happen and manage own workload Understanding of consumer and corporate PR is a plus
This post is available on a full-time basis, 37.5 hours per week working 5 days a week

Salary from £20k but this will be based on experience
