Alder Training is now recruiting a Tutor to work in Liverpool.

About the role

The main purpose of this role is to provide highly effective teaching and support to learners through the delivery of well-designed and structured learning programmes, with the ability to respond to individual learner requirements.

We are looking for someone who has relevant assessing or teaching experience, with the relevant qualification. You will possess a TAQA Assessor award or equivalent and have excellent organisation skills in order to plan, prepare and deliver quality learning to ensure learners achieve with the pre-determined timescales.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent admin skills, keeping relevant records and supporting paperwork to the required standards. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are required for this post in order to support learners for a variety of different backgrounds, maximising their potential.

An enhanced DBS check and a full UK driving license is required for this role.
