On behalf of our client, Office Angels are now seeking an experience Credit Controller to join an established business based in Sheffield.

Working hours:

Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm

Main Duties:

  • Chasing invoices & debt collection via email and telephone
  • Resolving queries relating to the company accounts
  • Raising invoices and sending them out appropriately
  • Allocation of cash coming in
  • Checking credit accounts old and new
  • Identify queries on the accounts and liaise with internal departments and the customer to resolve it fast and efficiently

The Successful Candidate

  • Experience with credit control within a business
  • Excellent IT & Excel skills
  • Excellent customer service and key account handling ability
  • Able to confidently discuss overdue payments
  • Able to communicate appropriately
