It is now looking for a Digital Product Manager to join its busy marketing team based in the heart of the City. Whilst being accountable for the management of a range of digital product you will also be responsible for the daily management of the website. Working collaboratively with business owners and the technology development teams you will create a usable, feasible and valuable digital product portfolio. As a key member of the technology delivery Scrum team, you will ensure what is developed meets the required customer and business expectations.

Your main duties will include;

  • Owning and managing a portfolio of public facing digital products and services
  • Translating customer, market and business needs into digital product strategy
  • Working across the business with senior stakeholders to generate new ideas that leverage digital technology to grow market share
  • Ensuring outward communication around priorities, developments and changes to stakeholders across business functions takes place
  • Building funding models and business cases for new product development requiring additional funding to be secured

Experience desired;

  • Digital technology specialist with a proven track record years working in a digital role
  • Certified scrum product owner trained experience running agile digital projects
  • Experience building consumer quality digital products, enabling business capability and objectives through technology
  • Proficient with drawing storyboards, creating wireframes, grooming the product backlog, writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria
  • Excellent level of understanding of software development practices and web/mobile technologies
  • Ability to perform detailed customer, market and business analysis
  • Ability to move between strategic discussions with senior stakeholders to tackle on the ground agile coaching with scrum teams
  • Experience of using work management tools such as Jira
  • Strong team working and collaboration skills
