Our client is 5 years old, has over 80 employees spread across 3 international offices, and is a SaaS based social audience intelligence platform. They are seeking an established Senior Account Manager with excellent client development skills to join their sales function and support their ever-growing client base.

This role will report into the Client Services Director and be responsible for managing existing client accounts, providing a full range of support as well as ensuring resubscription. Responsibilities will also include identifying and utilising on opportunities for grown with existing clients. This position will also be responsible for managing and developing 2 junior members of the team and has the potential to develop into a team leader position in the short-medium term, managing a team of 4.

Suitable candidate for this role will need to have a minimum of a 2.1 classification degree from a top 75 University. You will need to have at least 2 years’ experience as an Account Manager, ideally gained in a market research or intelligence environment. Any SaaS or Software experience would be highly advantageous.

The successful candidate can expect a salary of between £37 - 42k basic with an OTE of £50 – 55k plus accelerators for over performance and great benefits.
