Reports To: Senior Trade Planning Manager

Close Collaboration with: Ecommerce, UX, Merchandising, Tech, Analytics teams and CEO

Purpose of role:

The purpose of this role is twofold. To drive domestic and international sales (predominately US) through existing and new marketplaces and our own US site, leading two of the key growth initiatives in our business plan.

Work cross-functionally and collaboratively to execute and inform the marketplace and US trade plans. Support development of our marketplace and international growth strategy. Execute these at an operational and technical level. Lead end-to-end execution, operation, content, trading and optimisation of marketplaces and US website. Shape plans, priorities and resource allocation.

Build great relationships and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders across multiple departments.



Create and deliver a plan of activity to;

·Manage, expand and optimise sales on existing marketplaces (Amazon and eBay in the UK and Walmart, Amazon and in the US)

·Set the deliverables and manage 3rd party and agency partners such as, Channel Advisor on key activities such as offer, marketing activity, data optimisation and feed optimisation to deliver the trade plan

·Collaborate with the Merchandiser on ranging and promotions

·Help with the identification and assessment of new marketplace opportunities

·Analyse marketplace and US customer insight data and utilise it to maximise growth opportunities

Identify solutions and work collaboratively to deliver effective change in the following areas;

·The shopping experience we deliver across marketplace channels – from range, to product data, to content, to customer service, to delivery pricing and more

·Insight, merchandising and trading activity needed to trade the marketplaces distinctly and effectively as a business

·The way we measure and report on these channels using Business Intelligence tools

·The way we technically and operationally support them – Channel Advisor, our warehouse, our customer service.

Manage BAU across all areas including;

Optimise the central trade plan to meet marketplace customer needs Lead on account management and agency relationships (i.e. Channel Advisor) to drive channel promotions and promote Figleaves brand visibility within marketplaces. Ensure proactive and effective trading i.e. optimise product descriptions, identify product/marketing opportunities etcWith a data driven approach, work to optimise product listings to the highest standard, ensuring relevant content is optimised for marketplace visibility and sales·Manage all aspects of marketplace reputation including customer feedback and product and seller ratings

Implement marketplace promotional calendar opportunitiesPlanning and updating pricing and product data structures across product types including analysis of price lists and competitor comparison·Utilise current reporting functionality to deliver marketplaces insight and recommendations to the wider business

US Site

·Manage US website proposition identifying and driving trading opportunities and managing trading risks

Work with the Digital Marketing Managers to identify and deliver US site traffic growth and conversion targetsIdentify and drive business changes needed to support ambitious growth plans for USFlex margin and ad spend to accelerate US growthWork collaboratively to support influencer programme in the USLeverage NBrown relationship to build on any successes in their US growth strategy
