About your role:
We are recruiting for individuals who are highly motivated and have a passion for sports and fitness, especially swimming. You'd be critical in maintaining our facilities to be open, clean and safe, as well as ensuring equipment is working.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Maintaining the supervision of those in the pool
• carrying out pool rescues and first aid when needed.
• Take price in poolside surroundings, by conducting cleaning duties & maintaining hygiene standards
• Provide a professional, friendly and welcoming services to all customers
• Maintain full product knowledge of the services at our centre.
• Flexibility towards the hours and role are essential as you will be required to work on a shift-rota basis including evenings and weekends.

Apprenticeship National Minimum Wage (ANMW): The National Minimum Wage for Apprentices is £3.50 per hour from October 1st 2016. This is the legal minimum pay per hour applying to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their apprenticeship. For apprentices 19 or over who have completed their first year and are continuing their apprenticeship, the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies.
