This is a fabulous opportunity for you join us in our exciting role of Auditor. You’ll deliver a value added assurance service to the Group and partner organisations, including probity and computer audits. You’ll provide consultancy and advisory services and carry out best practice reviews and ad hoc investigations.
You’ll also play a role in the development of new systems and services by participating in Group wide improvement projects.

You’ll be working for Laura, our Assurance Manager and be part of the wider Assurance and Corporate Services team, who together seek to ensure that Home Group and its colleagues stay on the right track. The team work hard together but also really enjoy each other’s company both in and outside the office.
You’ll be a qualified accountant (or equivalent) with excellent business acumen which you have gained through relevant audit or industry experience. You’ll have strong report writing abilities and can deliver to a varied and demanding audience, along with brilliant communication skills. You’ll be confident in communicating from Senior Management to frontline colleagues.
You’ll challenge current practice and successfully influence and implement processes and procedures. You’ll have experience of conducting special investigation work into fraud and value for money studies. You’ll be able to prioritise your workload and work under pressure to meet reporting deadlines.
