Digital Transformation and Customer First are two priority themes at the British Heart Foundation. To support this we are looking for a talented digital product specialist to shape bold new digital strategic ventures which will make a significant contribution to the work of BHF. About the role Leading a portfolio of new digital ventures, you'll be based between our Strategy and Digital teams, working with leaders across the organisation to ensure the delivery of innovative products and great customer experiences. Reporting to our Senior Digital Planning & Product Manager you'll manage planning, prioritisation and scheduling delivery of these digital propositions. You'll be involved in the shaping of an online platform for a new commercial venture, leading the digital strategy behind a £30 million global research initiative and our international and alumni programmes, as well as supporting leadership of our health technology roadmap and other high potential propositions. You will drive end-to-end development of minimum viable products, from discovery and interpretation of customer requirements delivering through multidisciplinary Agile test-and-learn teams. You'll support stakeholders to steer success of these minimum viable product pilots, evaluate value and prioritise any ongoing development to potential production roll-out. You'll collaborate closely with design, UX, insight, developers, marketers and external suppliers to deliver world-class online customer experiences as well as feeding what works back into new and improved digital ventures. This is a genuine opportunity to influence both our evolving digital strategy and the wider strategic working of the organisation. About you The successful candidate will possess a broad base of skills and experience spanning digital technologies, strategy and Agile delivery practices as well as a strong vision of what world-class online customer experiences look like. An excellent strategic thinker and product leader, you will have previous experience leading and delivering end-to-end product lifecycle and development for commercial digital products, including acquisition and conversion propositions. You'll be degree qualified in a technology, marketing or related commercial discipline or have significant equivalent relevant industry experience. Strong experience leading a vision and communicating it to stakeholders at all levels is essential, as is experience working in a fast-paced, multi-workstream, commercial orientated environment.
