Owing to sustained success, the firm is hiring an Employment Lawyer for its office in central London, which is situated near excellent local amenities and London Underground transport links.

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Employment Lawyer to join our client’s thriving practice in central London. Becoming part of a specialist team, the successful Employment Lawyer will act for individuals, handling contentious matters which may include: discrimination; tribunal representation; redundancies; TUPE; breach of contract and; unfair dismissal. You will also become involved in business development and marketing activities to ensure the continued growth and success of the department. The Candidate
Applications are encouraged from Solicitors and Legal Executives with a minimum of five years’ PQE in employment law.
Ideally, you will possess excellent technical skills with contentious expertise.
First class client care and communication skills across all levels will be a key attribute.
The successful Employment Lawyer will be a confident advocate with excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
An aptitude for business development is essential for the position.
IT proficiency is an important aspect of the position.
Overall, it would be advantageous to be driven, personable and possess a high level of commercial awareness.
