mpeople Recruitment are currently seeking a Compliance Coordinator / Data Administrator for our client based in Rochdale.

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the compliance team of one of the UK’s leading distribution provider.

The Compliance Coordinator will manage the day to day customer service interface between the company, the supplier and customers.

Microsoft Excel is a pivotal day-to-day tool in this role and spreadsheets are something you would work on regularly to input data, look at the trends, and to flag any issues accordingly. This will involve checking data regarding what was due to leave the supplier, versus what arrived with the customer, and investigating anything that doesn’t correlate.

Essential skills/attributes:

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, and experience of using this software on a day to day basis
  • Strong attention to detail in order to deal with the data
  • Confident and Effective communicator
  • Pro-active
  • Can work to deadlines

Desirable but not essential:

  • Experience within FMCG, Logistics or Distribution
  • Knowledge of Vlookup’s

Hours of work are 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Salary is dependent on experience.
