On behalf of our client, Office Angels are now seeking an experience Finance Assistant to join an established business based in Sheffield. Our clients are offering a competitive salary, free available parking, and a generous holiday package.
Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm Friday 9am-3pm
- Must be confident on SAGE Payroll and SAGE line 50
- Processing monthly payroll
- Processing supplier invoices
- Supporting with month end
- Pensions related administrative duties
- Providing staff statements to HMRC
- Processing Sales and
- Reconciling bank accounts
- Paying suppliers
- VAT returns every quarter
- Managing staff holidays and monitoring staff request forms
- Working on MS office
