Business Development Sales Role paying 25k with a 40K OTE

Your new role
Key Responsibilities:

* To work with the marketing team to establish opportunities for PR – TV, radio,

* To work with our existing business development and marketing team to understanding our key target markets and specific prospects
* To quickly gain a credible knowledge of VR / AR as learning and communications, knowledge-transfer solutions
* To work to out-bound sales calls targets in a proactive, professional manner, feeding the early part of the sales pipeline
* To fill seats at in-house demos run to targeted audiences to showcase VR/AR opportunities
* To carry out market, prospect and competitor research as defined by the marketing team

What you'll need to succeed

* Tenacious and resilient with a calm and confident telephone manner
* Competitive, driven and can work as part of a professional, focused team
* Educated to degree level and is accustomed to over-achieving
* Fantastic communication skills, both verbal and written
* Organised and structured in approach, managing time effectively
* Ideally with exposure in selling within a business-to-business environment
* Genuine creativity and a strong interest in innovation and technology
* Strong ability to collaborate with team members and clients alike. Naturally sociable and able to bring people together
* Self-motivated and driven
* Ability to cope under pressure and prioritise work accordingly

What you'll get in return
You will receive a basic of up to 25k with a realistic earning potential of 35k in the first year.
