Connect schools Academy Trust are seeking to appoint an inspiration Pre-School manager to lead our brand new Pre-school opening in September 2018.
St George’s Pre-School will be based in St George’s Hall, Bickley, Bromley. The Trust are searching for an individual who can work closely with our academy team to re-create our existing outstanding practice in a new setting.
We will be providing an exciting and stimulating education to children from ages 2 to 5 years, from 8.00am until 6.00pm on a daily basis during term time only.
This is a full time, term time only position.
Candidates should have:
- NVQ 3 in childcare or equivalent
- Experience of leadership in a previous setting as either manager or deputy
- A passion for early years education
- The drive to make a difference for each unique child
- Their own ideas to add to the Trust’s outstanding practice
- An interest in forest school and outdoor learning
- Excellent communication, management and leadership skills.
