A Global Custodian is seeking a Marketing Assistant within their Marketing Team. To support the UK Direct Marketing team, in the execution of both on and offline campaign activity, the development and upkeep of the end-customer literature suite and online sell by dates and to provide assistance on projects or business changes impacting end consumers.

The role will include but not be limited to:

  • Support the implementation of the marketing strategy, campaigns and activities.
  • Maintain the existing end-customer literature suite, complying with regulatory and Treating Customers Fairly requirements, working closely with the relevant teams.
  • Implement regular and tactical email campaigns to deliver top-quality digital communications.
  • Ensure the content on the relevant websites is always accurate and up to date.
  • Work closely with internal departments and external agencies to ensure adherence to procedures and processes and to deliver to agreed timelines.
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative duties, including invoicing and filing.

    Reporting into the UK Direct Marketing Manager

    The ideal candidate is likely to have:

  • Previous experience in acquisition/direct marketing.
  • Regulatory knowledge and experience of the compliance approval process.
  • Interest in asset management/financial services.
  • Experience of working with multiple departments to develop customer literature and regulatory communications.
  • Skills and Knowledge

  • Bright, enthusiastic, confident and very organised individual who has the dedication and drive required to deliver key regulatory documents in a timely manner.
  • Planning and time management experience/skills are essential.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational skills in order to manage numerous pieces of work at any one time.
  • Flexible and able to work with various departments to achieve objectives.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and to ever changing and tight deadlines.
  • PC Literate, especially competent with MS Excel, Word and Project.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written along with excellent proof reading disciplines.
