Treasury Officer / Cashier to join busy / professional business in Knutsford

You will be working in a busy finance department which will provide you with plenty of support to make your new job a success.

Key Responsibilities:

* Daily reconciliation of main bank account & preparation of backing schedules for financial reporting.
* Receipts and charges.
* Prepare and enter journals onto reporting system for standing orders, direct debits, bank transfers and other general ledger transactions..
* Developing controls and procedures.
* General administration, e.g. maintain filing system for all cheque requisitions and expense claims, preparation of daily banking and depositing at local branch

About the ideal candidate
To be successful in this role you will have good accounts experience. You will have strong system skills including excel. You will be able to work with speed and accuracy. You will have a strong work ethic, be organised and methodical and be able to multitask. You will not be afraid of hard work.

Accounts / cashier / treasury experience
Attention to detail
Good computer skills, especially Excel

Salary Range & Benefits
The salary is very competitive paying in the region of 19k The company also offers additional benefits including onsite parking and company pension.
