FINANCE ASSISTANT Wigan Up to £20k

Located within prestigious offices, in the Lancashire countryside, my client is seeking an organised, professional and capable Finance Administrator to join their team.
YOUR NEW ROLEMain responsibilities of the role will include supporting with monthly payroll using Sage, checking and reconciling supplier payments, chasing any overdue payments, producing and sending out invoices, handing any invoice discrepancies, updating and maintaining in-house finance systems, working to company policies and procedures, producing financial reports using Sage and Excel, checking and maintaining employee personnel files; ensuring that they are compliant, processing DBS clearances, attending meetings, maintaining and creating Excel spreadsheets and supporting with all round administration duties.
WHAT DO I NEED TO SUCCEED
The successful recruit will be a proficient user of Sage Payroll and other Accounts packages, have a good understanding of Financial Reporting and have the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
