Head of Digital Acquisition

Salary up to £45,000

OTE up to £50,000

You will lead and manage an acquisition team supporting GDS building an automated digital acquisition process from awareness, qualification, event selection through to event sign up or conversion. Your approach will be commercially successful, robust and utilise innovative products that are fit for purpose.

You will be responsible for the quality approach taken by a fluid acquisition delivery team, ensuring it is in-line with the company strategy. Creating and maintaining a professional culture within the team, where individuals take ownership and are fastidious and proud of delivering excellence and quality.

Main responsibilities

·To develop an engagement strategy to meet the company’s goals and objectives,

·To improve the quality of the event attendees and sponsors across our event brands.

·To plan and monitor the successful implementation of this strategy.

·Define the goals and ensure your team meets these objectives.

·Manage all digital acquisition budgets and forecasting

·Ensure all campaigns meet legal and compliance requirements

Required experience

·Proven expertise in strategically, planning and building a successful digital acquisition process from conception to activation.

·Ability to effectively motivate and lead a team, setting clear KPI’s.

·Experience with the full digital marketing spectrum.

·Experience using Salesforce, email automation tools, Google Analytics, and MailChimp/Pardot.

·Demonstrable experience of developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.
