Part Time Payroll job in Marlow offering £22,000- £26,000

Your new company

You will be working as a part time payroll assistant for a well-known company in Marlow.

Your new role

You will be working as a part time payroll assistant in a team of 3, reporting to and supporting the payroll manager to ensure all data is accurately updated on the system each week and month in a timely manner to be paid on time. You will make sure payslips are sent out on time, provide advice to employees with any query, process new starters and leavers as well as processing the company pension. Assisting with producing monthly reports, managing the payroll inbox, managing the post and assisting the team with ad hoc work adds to your responsibilities.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role you will have experience working in payroll previously and work effectively as part of a team. Understanding HMRC, tax and pension regulations is necessary as well as being adaptable to new systems and confident on excel. Understanding basic HR skills would be desirable to assist with ad hoc duties.
