A fast fashion Ladies Clothing Supplier based in West Yorkshire are on the looking for a Import Merchandiser to join the team. They supply to high street retailers throughout the UK.
Your New Role
Your main responsibility will be to maintain and control the critical path. Furthermore you will issue purchase orders, monitor shipping and factor production and ensure the customer production flow is accurate, updated and stock deliveries are achieved. In addition to this you will ensure contractual information is accurate.Liaising with off shore factories to ensure production is in line with the agreed delivery schedule, highlighting discrepancies to the relevant team and communicate with customers. You will also be responsible for building strong rapport with your customers and developing relationships, and will therefore need to be flexible to travel on occasion for meetings.
What you'll need to succeed
They are looking for a experienced Import Merchandiser with strong negotiation and communication skills, highly organised and have excellent Excel knowledge.
