Graduate Pricing Optimisation Analyst - £Competitive - Middlesex - J10016

An exciting new Graduate Analyst' career opportunity within the Pricing Optimisation function for a Leading Utilities and Insurance Provider has arisen. Role and Responsibilities

• You will have exposure to the full spectrum of the pricing process - assisting on the development of pricing models
• Provide recommendations to optimise pricing performance
• Provide analytical support including insight to inform the business decisions and strategy
• Grasp the significance and meaning of a range of technical and complex issues

Qualifications, Experience & Skills Required

• We are seeking a high calibre 2017 and 2018 Mathematics, Statistics, Operational Research or related numerate discipline BSc (predicted 2.1 or above), MMath or MSc graduates.
• You will possess a strong problem solving ability and demonstrable aptitude to pick up technical skills
• A highly numerate individual with strong logical problem solving skills
• Infer the right story from a set of numbers
• You will be data literate: able to identify what data and analysis to ask
• You will need to demonstrate an aptitude to build sophisticated logic with a range of software e.g. SAS, Emblem, Radar etc.
• Previous knowledge of such software is an advantage but not essential for the right individual as full training is available
• Possess excellent communications, analytical and influencing skills, able to convey complex findings to non-technical parties.
