Asset Manager - Real Estate. Our Client is an international real estate investment/fund management firm. Their current strategy is to invest across multiple asset classes in various major European cities including London, Paris, Frankfurt and so forth. They are looking are now looking to take on an Asset Manager who would add value to this growing team.
This highly commercial role will be reporting to the country head and will involve the following duties:
- Driving the performance of allocated sites.
- Overseeing the refurbishment projects.
- Looking at asset management strategies and initiatives.
- Lease renewals and negotiations.
- Monitoring and driving performance to meet the objectives.
- Assisting with reviewing further acquisitions.
- Preparing and sending monthly reports to the investors.
The Person will be a MRICS Surveyor with 1 -3 years' post qualification experience, ideally gained from a real estate investment/private equity firm; however they will consider applications of applicants who have worked in the asset management departments in consultancy. Experience of understanding investment and driving asset management strategies is essential. The incumbent must be willing to travel on a frequent basis to Europe and will ideally be able to speak a 2nd European language. This is best suited to a highly motivated and commercial person who thrives in a busy environment. This is a very good opportunity for someone to make a 'client side' move.
