Amour Recruitment are proud to be working exclusively for a well-established company who has a brand new opening for a Compliance Administrator.

Duties will include:

HR – Preparing and sending out offer letters, arranging and performing inductions, preparing employment contracts.

ISO - Organising audits and making sure each location is compliant with company procedures.

Health & Safety – Making sure each location are following procedures, checking relevant documents are up to date.

The role is based in Southampton but you must be prepared to travel to the company’s other locations along the south coast, so therefore a car driver is essential.

They already have they above procedures in place, they role will be to oversee them.

As this is a new role, they are flexible with working hours and salary. It will all depend on what you have to offer!!!
